Shipping Policy

All our clothing, accessories and mugs are print to order; because of this we don’t offer refunds or size exchanges. For additional questions about sizing and orders please CONTACT US before placing your order.

Orders ship within 4-6 weeks. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on a Friday after 3:00pm (EST) or the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

Refund Policy

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. Physical products sold by waitinginheels.com are nonrefundable, except in the case of damage or defect. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please send an email to shop@waitinginheels.com within 30 days of the date you received your item(s) for information on how to return the item for a refund or exchange.

Sales Tax and Shipping

All physical products shipped from waitinginheels.com will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected in your order confirmation email. All shipping charges uses standard shipping rates for domestic and international shipping. Please check the final pricing on the product checkout page when you make your selection.

Payment

Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and any other methods, which may be clearly advertised on the site from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by Waiting in Heels. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Waiting in Heels, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We take reasonable care to make our site secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this are processed using Stripe, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure hose environment. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, WIH uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.
